The Pearls of Hope Project (POH) was launched at The Pearl Church in Denver, CO in 2015 with a goal of giving out 50 bags. It has grown significantly over the years and last year alone POH Denver gave away more bags in 2021 than in the previous 5 years combined!
Meet the founder of Pearls of Hope, Donna Lasit. Several years ago, Donna had a dream that she was giving out a bag to a patient in a hospital going through chemotherapy. It is now current day, and we’re happy to say that that dream is now a reality.
Meet the director of Pearls of Hope Canada, Shanda Millar. Pearls of Hope Canada is launching as a ministry through Horizon Church in Surrey, BC in Spring 2022. We are excited to bring comfort and hope to those walking through the often difficult journey of chemotherapy treatment.
Pearls of Hope is a ministry that provides hope for those in need to find rest in God. It is to serve a need of comfort to those who are going through cancer treatments.
